Step 1: Choose Your Model
Select from our fixed, pre designed options:

• 1 Bedroom Granny Flat
• 2 Bedroom Granny Flat
Each model includes full plans, engineering alignment, and fixed material specifications.
We do not offer custom floor plan variations.
Step 2: Select Your Colour Scheme
Each model is available in a limited number of curated colour schemes.
Colour schemes apply to:
• Cabinetry finishes
• Flooring
• Tiles
• Tapware finishes
• Internal colour selections
These options ensures:
• Supply efficiency
• Faster production
• Controlled pricing
• Reduced variation risk.
Step 3: Deposit & Manufacturing
A 50% deposit secures manufacturing.
Once the model and colour scheme are confirmed:
• Materials are scheduled for production
• Specifications are locked
• Manufacturing begins
No changes can be made once production has commenced.
Step 4: Quality Control & Inspection
Before shipment:
• Quantities are verified
• Materials are inspected
• Documentation is prepared
This step ensures your kit aligns with the fixed model specification before dispatch.
Step 5: Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is required before shipment.
Ownership remains with Drop Ship My Home until full payment is received.
Freight adjustments (if applicable) are confirmed prior to dispatch in accordance with contract terms.
Step 6: Container Delivery
Your complete material kit is containerised and delivered directly to your nominated site in Bundaberg or Childers.
Client responsibilities include:
• Ensuring safe and suitable site access
• Arranging unloading equipment and labour
• Securing and protecting materials after delivery
Typical delivery timeframe: 2–4 months from deposit, depending on shipping schedules.
Your licensed builder completes construction.
After Sales Support
After delivery, we provide:
• Confirmation of supplied specifications
• Manufacturer warranty documentation
• Support in managing legitimate supply-related warranty claims
We do not manage:
• Construction
• Installation
• Site supervision
• Builder coordination
Installation quality and compliance remain the responsibility of the licensed builder.
